Carol and her partner Pasha Kovalev took to the floor to perform the Cha Cha Cha to Thunder in My Heart by Leo Sayer, and unfortunately received a stormy reception – scoring just 16 points to put her bottom of the leader board.

She added: “I found her to be a lovely girl and I’m delighted that she’s working with Daniel because she’s a fantastic choreographer who’ll bring the best out in him”.

From then, each week the two couples with the lowest combined scores, from the judges and public vote, will face each other in the dance off, with one couple leaving the competition for good.
