The announcement of Big Bang Theory star Kaley Cuoco and her pro tennis husband, Ryan Sweeting, to get a divorce came as a shock to a number of fans and followers of the couple.

“The Big Bang Theory” star Kaley Cuoco has praised her “incredible friends and family” following her split from husband Ryan Sweeting.

The actress removed all photos involving Sweeting from her social media accounts prior to the divorce announcement. She drank wine, chatted with her friends and talked of Ryan at The Village in Studio City, Calif. She was also spotted then not wearing her wedding ring.

The couple married in December 2013, just three months after they began dating, and were known for often striking sweet poses on red carpets.

Cuoco, 29, plays Penny in the hit sitcom The Big Bang Theory; along with her co-stars Johnny Galecki and Jim Parsons, she is now among one of the highest paid actors on television.
