“Jackass” star Steve-O will face five criminal charges after he climbed a crane in Hollywood to protest SeaWorld and drew dozens of emergency responders to a construction site earlier this month.

Glover hung his inflatable whale with an anti-SeaWorld message off the tip of the crane while also shooting off fireworks.

He is now in police custody, but not before posting numerous photos and videos to his Facebook page.
