Tales from Borderlands Finale Dated

Earlier this week we brought you news of Telltale’s upcoming adventure series based in the world without curves, Minecraft. It’s actually a teaser for episode five, called “The Vault of the Traveler”.

If you haven’t played the Telltale and Borderlands mash-up to date then it’s worth noting that the developer has now made the series’ premiere episode free on a number of platforms.

Thus far, “Tales from the Borderlands” could easily be considered one of Telltale’s best series, which means it’s great fun even for those who don’t normally play the “Borderlands” games. You can check the trailer below to get a brief look at this episode. You’ll have to chance spoilers all by yourselves after the break. On the 22nd the iOS and Android versions will drop. Oh, and while episode 1 might be gratis, the other episodes can be bought for $5 a piece via IAP.

The Vault of the Traveler will be available for $4.99, but Season Pass holders can download it for free.
