Target Thanksgiving hours 2016: Is Target open?
November and December retail sales are expected to increase 3.6% from last year to more than $655 billion nationwide, with Black Friday being the most important shopping day of the year for many retailers.

Saturday, Nov. 26: 10 a.m. – 11 p.m.
“We know that millions of our guests look forward to spending their Black Friday with us each year”, said Janna Potts, Target executive vice president and chief stores officer, in a statement. It will reopen at 9 a.m.

Menards is another that won’t open its doors until 6 a.m. Friday, something general manager Brian Frank said he and his employees appreciate.
Macy’s opens 6 p.m. Thanksgiving Day.
Whole Foods: 8 a.m. – 3 p.m.
For the second year in a row Walmart is offering majority of its Black Friday deals online, for additional people are separating their budgets between online and in-store. Restaurants like Bob Evans, Cracker Barrel, Country Buffet, and Applebees will be open normal hours on Thanksgiving.
Several stores are offering holiday sales beginning even earlier than Thanksgiving Day.
The electronics store will open at 5 p.m. on Thanksgiving and close at 1 a.m. early Friday.
And Vintage Stock will be open at 5 p.m. through 2 a.m.
Home Depot is open 6 am. But Black Friday sales have suffered.
Caribou Coffee: 6 a.m. -1 p.m.
But it’s an overstatement to say Black Friday is dead.
Banks like Wells Fargo, Chase, Citibank, Bank of America, TD Bank, and HSBC are closed.
CVS: Open all day, but some pharmacy hours may be limited. That means the Department of Motor Vehicles will be closed, local government offices are shut down, and there is no mail delivery from the U.S. Postal Service. REI CEO Jerry Stritzke has repeatedly blasted retailers that choose not to cede the holiday, saying he “hates to see that kind of decision” and hopes that the “vast majority” of stores will change their mind.
Most convenience stores like 7-Eleven and Circle K are open. As the long lines, bruising crowds and hype fades, the more modern version of Black Friday will be a softer one.
Macy’s: 5 p.m. -2 a.m. An estimated 74 percent of Americans say they plan to shop that day, the same as in 2015.
Cyber Monday further stretched out the Thanksgiving shopping weekend, stealing dollars and attention away from Black Friday. Kohl’s Black Friday sale was online from Monday until Friday and will be in-store Thursday and Friday.
The retailers who stayed closed on Thanksgiving will rev into action. Some branches that located in stores may be open.
