Taylor Swift as maid of honour

Swift posted the picture on Instagram along with a very sweet story about the couple.

Taylor Swift was as a maid of honor for the first time on Saturday (Feb. 20), and by the look of the wedding party photo, the pop star had an awesome time.

The Bride wore a white capped sleeve lace A-line gown and a lengthy transparent veil, while Swift wore a soft pink, full-length gown, embroidered with sparkle.

On Monday, her album 1989 won album of the year at the Grammy’s.

Swift served as maid of honor to Britany Maack, who she grew up with in Pennsylvania before going on to conquer Nashville.

Taylor Swift is known for traveling with a famous girl squad, but this weekend she celebrated with her pre-squad BFF. “You are more than a friend, you are more than a best friend, you are my sister”.

“Reem does the most fantastic bridal designs, and Britany and I were looking through Vogue, and she pointed to this one gown, and I was like, ‘I wonder if we could go to the showroom, ‘” Swift told People in May.

Clearly taking her maid of honour responsibility seriously, Taylor discussed how they decided on choosing Reem as their wedding designer.
