Taylor Swift Brings Little Mix and Julia Roberts on Stage

Throughout Taylor’s latest tour, she has brought celeb guests to the stage, including Uzo Aduba, Lena Dunham, Karlie Kloss, Gigi Hadid, Cara Delevingne and Nick Jonas. “Love Story”, which she explained she wanted to reinterpret to make it blend with the other tracks on 1989, fared much worse, sounding more like a discarded, downtempo Abba tune than a reinvented country-pop one.

The next night Taylor was joined by another girl band, Little Mix, to sing their current hit Black Magic. “Then writing on Instagram, Little Mix called Swift “a ledge” and said it was an ‘incredible honour” to join her onstage. “We love you Taylor can not wait to catch up very quickly! xx Little Combine xx”. Swift had fun with both of them singing with Baez and doing scenes from My Best Friend’s Wedding with Roberts.

In the middle of performing “Style“-which seems to be the designated celebrity-cameo slot in her set list-Swift asked her screaming fans to please welcome “legendary singer-songwriter Joan Baez and Academy Award-winner Julia Roberts“.

The ultimate fan girls, Roberts and Baez linked arms with Swift as they strutted onto the stage wearing the singer’s tour T-shirts.

And Joan and Julia weren’t the only surprise guests to join Taylor’s impressive girl squad for the evening.

As of last night, Taylor Swift has officially added another six members to her girl squad – and they’re pretty famous ones, too!
