Taylor Swift Donates $50000 to Young Girl Battling Cancer

When the 25-year-old singer heard that Naomi Oakes couldn’t attend the Phoenix, Arizona date of the “1989” tour because of her extended hospital stay, she contributed to the fans’ medical expenses. The clip aimed to get Taylor’s attention and “maybe get her to share #TeamNaomi on Instagram”.

Just remember – Taylor is watching, she is ALWAYS watching!

“Let’s focus on getting you better. I’m sending the biggest hugs to you and your family”, Swift wrote with her donation.

Swift has not been confirmed as the benefactor, although the 22-year-old has made a number of generous donations in the past and recently donated $13,000 to family members of an injured firefighter. Isolation would mean being away from the public for the rest of the therapy, and in Naomi’s case, intense therapy was set for six to nine months.

As soon as Naomi checked her page, she was at a loss of words – literally.

With Taylor Swift’s donation, her supportive family, and Naomi’s great spirit, she’s surely on her way to winning one of the greatest battles of her young life.

Naomi’s GoFundMe page has now been updated to include a message saying how touched everyone was by Taylor’s kindness.

Naomi is a “Swiftie” and was given tickets to see her idol for Christmas.

It seems that Taylor Swift can add something else to her list of talents: being an incredibly good person.

“I broke down and cried”, he said.

Clearly, and understandably, overwhelmed by the kind gesture, a video shows Naomi with a HUGE smile on her face saying: “I can barely breath”.

“I want to make the most of this cultural relevance or success or whatever you call it, because it’s not going to last”.
