With Taylor Swift’s donation, her supportive family, and Naomi’s great spirit, she’s surely on her way to winning one of the greatest battles of her young life.
“We are obviously scared and concerned for our girl, but she has been a trooper and is positive about getting better”.
According to a Facebook post by the father of Naomi Oakes, it all started after they noticed excessive bruises on her legs and torso.
In June, Naomi Oakes was diagnosed with Myeloid Lukemia.
Her latest act of kindness: donating $50,000 to a fan with cancer.
“To the handsome and courageous Naomi“, Swift wrote on the campaign page. “I seriously think I’m going to pass out”.

Swift was delivering a pint-size Mercedes, along with other early Christmas presents to Barnett’s 2-year-old son Leyton. Last month after a concert goer missed most of the Shake It Off singer’s London Hyde Park gig due to a delayed flight from Amsterdam, Taylor decided to give her tickets to another show.
Just two days after the family posted the video and asked for the “Taylor Nation” to help get word to Tay herself, the singer responded in spectacular fashion.
She is a huge Swift fan and was devastated to learn she will miss the pop star’s “1989” concert in Phoenix on August 18.
“Shannon, Noami’s mother, was met with a $2,000 medical bill within her first 48 hours of this journey, and the medical expenses keep growing”, wrote her uncle.
“I can barely breathe”, Naomi gasped, wiping away tears.
