Taylor Swift Faces New Lawsuit
He is demanding a whopping $42 million in damages, and also requesting that his name be included in regards to any future releases of the song.

Taylor Swift can “Shake It Off” all she wants, but if she sings about haters hating… then she’s gonna have to pay the songwriter who first came up with the phrase… according to a new lawsuit.

He added he had spoken to Swift’s record label, Big Machine, four or five times about the issue.
It is the latest legal woe for Pennsylvania-born Taylor, on Wednesday the 25-year-old against a former Denver radio host who sued her after he said he lost his job because of false accusations that he inappropriately touched her during a photo session. “Ms Swift knows exactly who committed the assault – it was Mueller”.
