Taylor Swift tops Forbes’ list of highest-paid celebs
Taylor Swift topped Forbes’ annual list of the 100 highest-paid celebrities with q whopping $225 million.
Taylor Swift earned more than double what her closest salary rival, Adele, raked in. If Swift and Harris had stayed together, they would have been the top-earning Celebrity 100 couple, more than doubling Beyonce and Jay Z’s $107.5 million total, Forbes said. The star-studded shows brought in $200 million in revenue past year. She also padded her accounts by promoting brands including Diet Coke, Keds and Apple.

Calvin Harris may be nursing a broken heart, but he doesn’t have an unhealthy bank balance. The author of the Alex Cross series has sold more than 300 million copies and holds the Guiness World Record for being the first person to sell one million e-books.
Still, the musical mogul takes a hit when you compare her to last year’s top earner: Floyd Mayweather. According to Forbes, 40% of her paycheck this year came from mobile game “Kim Kardashian: Hollywood”.
Other top 10 finishers include No. 6 ranked comedian Kevin Hart ($87.5 million), No. 7 ranked radio personality Howard Stern ($85 million) and No. 9 ranked singer Adele ($80.5 million).
Katy Perry, pictured at the Golden Globes, was last year’s highest paid musician.
