Taylor Swift Treats Crew To Vacation
Fans, politicians and the media in Australia have been swept up in a frenzy over Taylor Swift. She said of the 1989 pop star, “I’ve never seen any woman handle herself the way she does”.
A ‘Sunrise’ crew have learned the hard way why you don’t attempt to get all up in Taylor Swift’s business, when they attempted to infiltrate her early birthday celebration on Hamilton Island, only to be booted off. “For all their hard work this year, they really deserve it”, Tay captioned a photo of the group on a stage, posted on her Instagram page Tuesday night.
An Australian journalist, Michelle Tapper, told Australian outlet that she and her camera crew were detained at a nearby airport “by half a dozen security staff” who took all her camera crew and equipment.
“Aussie press, I love your enthusiasm but my birthday isn’t for 2 weeks and it’ll be a quiet one this year”, she continues.
“There is a complete media ban on the island and Taylor Swift has asked for privacy”, Tapper said during a live-cross on a boat floating off-shore”.

Taylor Swift was born in 1989, and perhaps she wants to party like it’s 1999 without the attention of the Australian press.
There are also rumours suggesting Swift will be joined by Oprah Winfrey, who is also touring Down Under, for her birthday.
Taylor followed it up with a post from her fun vacation on Hamilton Island off the coast of Australia, where reports say she went to great lengths to ensure nobody could snoop on the festivities.
