Taylor Swift visits fan battling cancer
When she couldn’t go to a Taylor Swift concert this summer because she was in the hospital, Delaney gave the tickets to another child who was also fighting cancer.
Clements, was first diagnosed with neuroblastoma in October of 2010 after she was experiencing pain in her hips and was experiencing fatigue.
While travelling home for the holidays, Swift made it a priority to surprise her fan Delaney Clements. Online. Clements has been a big Swift fan for five years, making her definitely a true Swiftie.
Swift later posted photos she took with Clements on Instagram, simply writing: “Merry Christmas Baby”.
“Literally speechless right now!!!!!”
Showing support: Last week Delaney Instagrammed a cute cartoon an artist had sent her, which she captioned, ‘I just got sent this picture today and it’s fantastic!!!
But after Kamryn’s mother, Jamie Renfro, expressed her frustration on Facebook, the community began protesting the decision – and the story made headlines across the country.
“So happy for my baby girl”, Campbell added. In fact, thousands shared #DelaneyMeetTaylor on Twitter to grab the Grammy winner’s attention.

Earlier this month, her mother posted on Facebook that cancer had spread to Delaney’s brain and she was expected to enter hospice care. When Swift heard about Delaney’s wish, she chose to spend some time with the young teen, and help brighten up her Christmas this year.
