Ted Cruz: I’ll steal Donald Trump’s supporters

Washington (CNN)Republican front-runner Donald Trump has a message for his naysayers: “I’m never getting out”.

Congratulations to Donald Trump for meeting one Hispanic person who likes him.

Those comments may not look too malicious, but there is obvious tension between Cruz and Trump.

“And is this a set-up?” “We love you! We love you!”

His non-PC stance has earned him both positive and negative mileage in publicity, and to many Republicans and conservatives, Donald Trump, real estate mogul and reality TV star, may seem like a presidential candidate who dares stand up for Christian rights in secular America, for once. “This all started with a People magazine”.

“That’s my relationship with Hispanics”, Trump declares.

“I’m Hispanic, Latina, and I love me a few Trump“, she told the newspaper.

Cruz, who has declined to criticize Trump, unlike a few of his GOP presidential rivals, reiterated that he is “glad” he is in the race and that his candidacy has reflected favorably on his own positions. Trump praised the woman, who said she was Columbian, saying, “never met her before, she’s wonderful”.

The Las Vegas Sun reports a few had lined up to hear Trump speak as early as 4:00 a.m. “By showbiz standards, it’s small”.

Cruz has already demonstrated a staying power in the race.

As for his TV ads persona, Trump will be his same outspoken self.

The concession stand served popcorn. She may very well be the only one, but damn if she isn’t enthusiastic. “You know, they’ve said that every single time I went up, Joe”, Trump responded. “Who wouldn’t do it?”

“Thirty years of time ago”, Trump added, “he would have been shot”. There were screams of “We love you Trump!” and “We want Trump!”

Trump made an impromptu invitation. His attorney, Eugene Fidell, said in a statement that Trump “has become a broken record on this subject.”“If he took the time to study what actually emerged at the preliminary hearing he would be singing a different tune, ” Fidell said. “This is a movement”.

Should Trump’s grassroots support collapse, Cruz has positioned himself to take the reigns. Because at a few point here it will be about more than the big headline.
