For a closer look at Tembo the Badass Elephant, check out some images in the gallery below. A 2D side-scrolling platform action adventure, spread across 18 levels, the game has a “unique art style” and “tongue-in-cheek” humour that “encapsulates classic console mascot games”, according to SEGA.
Pokémon developer Game Freak’s upcoming platformer Tembo the Badass Elephant is heading to PS4, Xbox One and PC on 21st July, publisher Sega has announced.
There aren’t many badass elephants around (no offense, Babar) so we understandably took notice when Tembo popped up. “It’s seven-and-a-half tons of fun”, Sega said in a press release.
