Teresa Giudice is back to glam in her first red carpet appearance
She was accompanied by her eldest daughter Gia, who wore a black skirt, a white top and a short white fur coat for the event.
Giudice showed some love and support for her sister-in-law Melissa Gorga at the grand opening of Gorga’s boutique Envy in New Jersey.
On Dec. 23, 2015, the reality television star left the Federal Correctional Institution in Danbury, Conn., after serving almost a year-long sentence.
A source told Us Weekly that a year ago, “Real Housewives” producer Andy Cohen asked Teresa if she wanted to build a friendship with Jacqueline, and Teresa said no.
“My background is fashion”.
“I can’t believe she’s 15 now”, Teresa said. “I used to work at Macy’s Herald Square in the buying office and I also was on the vendor side”.
An insider told Radar, “Teresa is so excited to promote the book and leave the state of New Jersey!”
Teresa also sported a pair of knee-high black leather boots and a matching furry jacket, while carrying a quilted handbag. “They’re really thankful she’s finally coming home”.
Although she can’t travel outside of New Jersey just yet, Teresa is still able to get out of the house with approval from her probation officer.
She was supported by husband Joe, who is Teresa’s brother.
“[Teresa Giudice] reached out to Jacqueline, but Jacqueline didn’t think it was genuine”, the source says.
Giudice spent 15-months in prison for fraud and is spending time with her family ahead of husband Joe’s 41-month prison sentence, which begins in March.
Teresa Giudice, Jacqueline Laurita and the rest of the cast will return to Bravo later this year for The Real Housewives of New Jersey Season Seven.
