Teresa Giudice Released From Prison After Nearly Year-Long Sentence
As for her husband of 16 years, Joe Giudice stood guard outside the home’s garage in the early morning darkness to greet his wife after almost a year apart from her.
The site is reporting that Teresa was officially released from the Federal Correctional Institution in which she was being held in Danbury, Connecticut, just after 5:00 a.m. on December 23.

People reported that Giudice spent some time primping in the prison bathroom before she left.
TMZ reports a brand new $US90,000 ($125,000) Lexus was waiting for Teresa in her driveway.
While in prison, Giudice was able to have socialize with her family via visits, phone calls and emails. Her attorney told The Record of northern New Jersey that she will be on home confinement until February 5.
Teresa and Joe, her husband, were indicted for 39 counts of conspiracy to commit bank fraud, mail and wire fraud, bankruptcy fraud and making false statements on loan applications.
Joe Giudice also pleaded guilty to failing to pay taxes.
Meanwhile, Teresa’s oldest daughter, 14-year-old Gia Giudice, tweeted out a smiley face emoji, along with the message, “Welcome back”.
Teresa and Joe were sentence to prison for committing crimes of fraud on many different levels and the judge let their sentences not be corresponding so that one of them could be home with their four children. She has missed them all so much while she was in prison. His lawyer claimed that he came to U.S.as an infant and did not know he was not an American citizen.
