Terminally ill ‘Star Wars’ fan gets wish of seeing ‘The Force Awakens’
It might not be the full film, but the most in-depth look at “The Force Awakens” was revealed to the public Friday after the worldwide trailer was released online.
The trailer features quite a lot of Rey (Daisy Ridley), in addition to a few of the character’s first dialogue snippets. We also see Rey ask BB-8 where he came from, and she tells BB-8 she knows what it’s like to wait for family.
Stormtroopers led by the Darth Vader obsessed Kylo Ren (Adam Driver) and Captain Phasma (Gwendoline Christie) appear to be attacking a village on the desert planet.
He was told by doctors he likely would not live long enough to see the newest film, Star Wars: The Force Awakens when it’s released on December 18. Speaking of Kylo Ren, his ties to the Skywalker family are undeniable, as his muffled voice proclaims, “I will fulfill our destiny, I will finish what you started” while looking at Darth Vadar’s burned out mask. We also see a quick scene in which Rey meets Finn (played by John Boyega). May the Force be with them!
What do you think of the new trailer? He has not been featured in any of the trailers nor the character posters. We still have not seen a glimpse of Luke yet, leaving many people to keep wondering if he has went to the dark side. Is anyone else really anxious?
Everyone from large media outlets to celebrities to the everyday fan had something to say about “Star Wars”.
Presales for the opening of “The Force Awakens” in theaters have already broken US and worldwide records. There were three trailers for The Force Awakens, released over the past year or so, creating a steady hype train for those of you itching to peel apart J.J. Abrams’ newest and probably most awaited darling.
