Texas announces first local Zika case

The State Health department is reporting the first case of Zika likely spread by a mosquito to a person in Texas.
A woman from the Rio Grande Valley has been diagnosed with the state’s first locally transmitted case of Zika virus, health officials announced Monday.
Pregnant women with evidence of Zika virus: As of November 17, there were more than 3,600 pregnant women with evidence of Zika virus.
