The Arrow And Flash Crossover Helped One Show More Than The Other
Television, with executive producers Greg Berlanti (“Arrow”, “The Flash”, “Supergirl”), Marc Guggenheim (“Arrow“, “Eli Stone”, “Percy Jackson: Sea of Monsters”), Andrew Kreisberg (“Arrow“, “The Flash”, “Eli Stone”, “Warehouse 13”), Phil Klemmer (“The Tomorrow People”, “Chuck”), Chris Fedak (“Forever”, “Chuck”), and Sarah Schechter (“Arrow“, “The Flash”).
At the end of the first half of the crossover, Oliver saw the woman who had told him she had a miscarriage (after Moira paid her to) in Jitters with a kid who just so happened to look about the right age to be his.
So who is “William”, and why not go with the familiar character from the comics? What’s next for Oliver and Felicity now that he’s keeping his son a secret from her? “True to what we’ve done on the show, if there’s a secret somewhere, it’s going to come out, and it’s going to have some serious consequences”. Fans of the show have been wondering exactly which character will be killed off after the season premiere showed Oliver and Barry standing over a grave.
At the end of the episode, it appeared that Oliver had managed to convince Felicity that she had nothing to worry about, but we can’t help but think that his son will be on his mind. “We’re excited about how that’s going to change things”, she said. But an appearance by Grant Gustin’s Barry Allen (aka The Flash) suggests the person swimming in the soil is not only known to both of them, but close to the superheroes.
Warning: Major spoilers ahead from Wednesday’s Arrow. “Whether it’s by magic or it’s by time travel, truly the Big Bad is time itself”. See what happened on Arrow as they tried to save Carter and Kendra from Vandal Savage in “Legends of Yesterday”.
“‘Legends” is kind of its own wacky, insane kind of thing that allows for some fun surprises in terms of who may visit and how because they’re flying through the timeline and you’ll start to see more of that.
The rumors seem to have built momentum after Matt Ryan made a cameo appearance on episode 5 of the current fourth season of the American superhero drama TV series “Arrow” also on The CW.
