The Bachelor 2017 victor has been named.

Following Viall’s fairytale proposal on Monday’s season finale of “The Bachelor”, the couple addressed the status of their engagement on a conference call with reporters Tuesday. They always say yes on this show, no matter how many swerves those clever “Bachelor” producers throw at us.

Rather than spending their last date together in the scenic snowy wonderland, Vanessa stressed over the logistics of their relationship like what compromises they would both be making. Now that she has accepted his ring, Grimaldi told The Bachelor host Chris Harrison that she’s “not going to sugarcoat things – some days are tougher than others”. “Ours is just televised”.

The Bachelor 2017 victor confessed that she is ready to move to the U.S.as soon as they figure out how to make that happen. Bischoff is now engaged to Ricky Angel, a regional sales manager based in her hometown of Chicago. After her awkward chat with Nick’s mom, Vanessa talks with his sister, and continues to say that she is having doubts about starting a life with Nick and having to leave Canada.

Ultimately, Nick embraced his feelings for Vanessa, admitting he’d perhaps been running from his emotions.

Nick’s final date with Vanessa began as a hike to a special secret destination: the snow-covered cottage of Santa Claus, which had a special gift for her.

As Entertainment Tonight reported, Gates broke the news during the series’ “After The Final Rose” special. In return, Nick tells her how much he cares and respects her. Hearts melted everywhere as Vanessa shared how important her career is with Nick. But then, Vanessa, in a solo interview, sighed before she offered up “It’s been good”.

The two reminisced about the first time they saw each other. In a throwback to their roller-skating one-on-one in his hometown, Nick took Raven ice-skating on a frozen lake, even going so far as to lie down on the ice for a mini-make-out session. She’s also got an extra 30,000 on Twitter.

Either could make the case to the leading man (or the fans) that they should be who Nick Viall picks, but there can be only one ring. “I think I treated this relationship as if it was a real relationship in a very unrealistic world”, she said.
