The Division’s closed beta extended by one day
Ubisoft says that it’s seen “an incredible amount of excitement for the game”.
Ubisoft have announced on their official forums that their Tom Clancy’s The Division closed beta has been extended, adding an extra 24 hours for players to enjoy. At that time, the company didn’t organize any event for fans on PlayStation and PC, but they promised to bring the beta session in January. That means instead of wrapping up at 3 AM PST on Monday morning, it’ll be open to beta players until 3AM on Tuesday, February 2 (that’s about 8pm in Australia).
Fortunately, we have some great news for you straight from Ubisoft as the developers have announced that the beta has been extended for another full day.
The beta test for the highly anticipated tactical multiplayer shooter Tom Clancy’s The Division proved to be immensely popular.
Remaining players who redeemd a guaranteed access pre-order code were sent invites, as were “as many players on the waitlist as possible”.
Up to now, Ubisoft had been inviting as many as possible without disrupting other peoples’ experiences. Those who pre-ordered and were guaranteed The Division beta access have started to get invitations from the company. The Division launches in March!
