The Easiest and the Hardest Parts of Nicole Richie Being Married to Joel Madden

Nicole Richie tied knot with Joel Madden in 2010. But before being married they made a kind of deal. And the sweet lady reveals the easiest and hardest parts of her nuptial relation with her love, Joel.

Richie, 32, revealed in ‘Where Are They Now’, the show by Oprah Winfrey, about her good and bad time she has spent with her husband. “We met and we were partners from day one. And from the second we found out we were going to be parents together, we looked at each other and we said, ‘Okay, both of our parents are divorced. We both have had ups and downs with our parents and we don’t really have a strong example of what a healthy family life is.” They have experienced the same kind of ups and downs and this is the reason they can share their quality time with each other in an easier way.

They live together as a team. Madden, 35 and Richie, 32 started dating in 2006. They were friends earlier but later they started seeing each other. In an interview with Australia’s 60 Minutes, she said “But I don’t think I’m the obvious choice. I’m always like, ‘Just give me a shot. Just give me one date.’ If I can get my foot in the door…”

It has been 4 years they have got married and have children, daughter Harlow, 6, and son Sparrow, 4. The have a family that is happy with each other, and they enjoy spending great time together. Richie said she and Madden do not want their kids to experience the same troubles as they have experienced.
