The Fallout 4 Pip-Boy app has arrived for Android and iOS
Fallout 4’s Pip-Boy companion app is finally available for download ahead of the main game’s release next week. If you want to give the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy app a whirl, you can pick it up for free on Google Play or the App Store.
It will even allow users to play holotape games directly within the application (Atomic Command included for free).
If you are one of the fortune folks to purchase the Fallout 4 Pip-Boy Edition, you can put your phone right into that bracelet that it comes with. The app is also due out on iOS.
Once installed you can setup your Fallout keyboard by navigating to Settings General Keyboard Keyboards. You can pre-order Fallout 4 the game now to be set for release day and pic-up the physical Vault-Tec Perk Poster from Amazon.
This isn’t the first time Bethesda has released a mobile app in preparation for “Fallout 4″.
The app has its own text style and a number of GIFS, most of which feature “Fallout” mascot Pip-Boy, as reported by Eurogamer.
The best part is that they’ll continue to improve as time goes on. It may even be worth using the app even in if you weren’t lucky enough to snag a Pip-boy Edition. For instance, in Fallout 3’s nuked-out landscape, the main character encounters a scattering of freakish and wicked creatures-mutated humanoids, monsters, mechanical adversaries-some of which by default will attack while others are open to interaction. Just prepare yourself, productivity will dip to a new low upon download. It is dubbed as the Gold Edition for “Fallout 4” and will sell for $85 (AU $119). Given the vast scope of Vault Boy’s outward appearances that are seen by means of the expertise trees and additional list of “Fallout 4”, it is entirely sensible why his face is being used as an emoji.
