The First ‘Orphan Black’ Season 4 Teaser Is an Eyeful

“Orphan Black” season 4 will be special in the sense that it will feel like the first season, the very season that hooked millions of its fans to the clones’ unique story in the first place.

“Orphan Black is an entirely fresh and original show that stands out even in today’s crowded TV landscape”, said Sarah Barnett, BBC America President and General Manager. “Orphan Black” season four lately dropped a teaser in that exclusively featured a creepy-looking eye.

In other Orphan Black news, season four will introduce a new clone named M.K., a Deep Throat-esque informant described as a “slightly traumatized clone who has a deep past”. Sarah will follow Beth’s footsteps into a risky relationship with a potent new enemy, heading in a horrifying new direction.

As far as the show’s co-creators are concerned, season 4 will be all about returning to themes from very early on in the show. Ari Millen (yay!) in the role of a new and mysterious Castor clone “the likes of which we’ve never seen before”.

“I’m beyond excited”, another fan simply tweeted. On top of that, the cast will be joined by Joel Thomas Hynes as Dizzy, an “edgy, self-reliant hacker who doesn’t conform to group mentality”. If you last recall (spoiler alert), season three revealed the history and motives of a newly emerged faction of clone brothers.

Under constant pressure to protect the sisterhood and keep everyone safe, Sarah’s old habits begin to resurface.
