‘The Flash’ season 2 premiere date, plot spoilers
If we talk about the finale of “The Flash’s” season one, where we have seen Eobard Thawne aka Zoom getting nervous overseeing Garrick’s helmet coming out of the warmhole, we can very well make out that Thawne is afraid of facing him. In a statement to IGN, he disclosed, “Having Jay Garrick come onto the show was one of our earliest ideas”. “It is so exciting, as we rush into season two, that we finally get to bring the Crimson Comet to life”.
In the comics, Jay is the first character to don The Flash identity. Patty Spivot, another Central City CSI, will be played by Shantel VanSanten. Adam Copeland, once known as “the Rated R superstar” Edge in the WWE, is playing Atom-Smasher on The Flash season premiere.
The young cop is determined to help Barry’s foster father fight the metahumans that threaten Central City despite the fact that she has no powers of her own.
According to Gustin, when The Flash season 2 picks up, “We find Barry dealing with some extra tension”.
“The Flash” will air on October. 6 and will be on every Tuesday, 8PM, on The CW. He also contends with the mysterious Reverse Flash and keeping his new identity a secret from his childhood best friend and crush, Iris West (Candice Patton). Barry Allen will explore other alternate worlds within season 2 and he will eventually grow further not just as The Flash, but as a person in general, facing new threats and challenges during the course of the show.
