The Games with Gold for December have been Revealed

Headlining the selection on Microsoft’s Xbox One is NeocoreGames’ The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing that will become available first on December 1.

“In 2015 alone, Xbox Live Gold members have saved over $1000 with Games with Gold on Xbox One and Xbox 360”, a Microsoft statement explains. The update opens up a world of possibilities for gamers to experience and re-experience Xbox 360 games and you may be wondering which titles are the most requested right now.

The company revealed its fresh stack of Games with Gold titles this morning in a post on its Major Nelson news blog.

Its hard to believe but December is just around the corner and with the last month of 2016 comes a brand new collection of titles being added to the Games with Gold program for Xbox platforms. Games with Gold lets users with an Xbox Live Gold subscription download a set of different games every month at no additional charge. Not only will they get their usual two free games, but with the backwards compatibility taking place, they get to have two more.

On the Xbox 360, players will be able to snag Castlestorm from December 1 to 15, followed by Sacred 3 starting on December 16 and running through the end of the month.

As a reminder, you’ll need to be an Xbox Live Gold member to take part in the Games with Gold promotion and all Xbox 360 games are backwards compatible on the Xbox One from now on. Xbox 360 is considered as one of the best video game consoles out there, giving PlayStation a run for their money.
