‘The Muppets’ Promos – Kerry Washington Takes a Selfie with Kermit the
The breakup of Kermit and Miss Piggy, for example, which NPR announced with the headline “love is dead,” showed that the Muppets trust their audiences enough – and that audiences care about the Muppets enough – to let their personal hardships take center stage.
Last month, ABC unveiled a first-look at the upcoming new mockumentary-style series, which will follow the lives of the Muppets including Fozzie Bear and The Great Gonzo as they prepare for their return to TV.
But Washington cares less about the frog’s romantic woes, and more about taking a selfie.
We will continue to work together on television (“The Muppets” Tuesdays 8/7c this fall on ABC) and in all media now known or hereafter devised, in perpetuity, throughout the universe.
“This is our only comment on this private matter…unless we get the right offer”, it continued. “Thank you for understanding”.
As for how Miss Piggy will react to the news, he replied that he could not “concern himself with such things”. But what moi would REALLY appreciate is some ice cream.

The handsome men are speaking up with a YouTube video to officially invite Miss Piggy to come spend time with the guys to help her get over Kermit. After all “What happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas”.

The producer, who will split time on ABC’s The Muppets and CBS’ The Big Bang Theory – which both film on lots in Burbank – hopes the series will be able to produce a full 22-episode season.
