The Very Victorian Concept Art Of Assassin’s Creed Syndicate
Ubisoft has released the new Gang 101 trailer for Assassin’s Creed Syndicate with Game Director Scott Phillips showing players how to grow their gang and influence.
In their written report, Digital Foundry says, “Ubisoft has made little in the way of fundamental improvements to the core rendering technology that powers Assassin’s Creed Syndicate”, with the same AnvilNext engine still present. In addition to cane swords and the classic hidden blade, Evie and Jacob Frye are equipped with a rope launcher, which functions like an old-fashioned grappling hook.
On his YouTube channel, Furze released a series of videos that showed how he built a rope launcher.
The latest entry in the Assassin’s Creed series is available now on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One for $60 (£39.40, AU$99.95), and will be available for Windows PCs later this year.
The Assassin’s Creed Syndicate soundtrack comes to us courtesy of Austin Wintory, whose past credits include Journey, Monaco: What’s Yours Is Mine and Counter-strike: Global Offensive.
The rope-launcher is powered by Carbon dioxide and works basically as it does in the game: point and shoot.
Assassin’s Creed Syndicate features an huge open world, with a Victorian London brimming with life, and the evolving architecture of the Industrial Revolution providing the ideal playground for the advancing parkour system of the franchise. As it turns out, no, most of you aren’t interested at all.
