The Walking Dead: Michonne Release Date Announced
The Walking Dead is returning to television this weekend, which is a big deal for fans of the series, including myself.
The game will also release on compatible iOS devices via the App Store, Android-based devices via Google Play and the Amazon App Store starting February 25th.
Overall, Telltale’s Michonne miniseries provides some backstory for her absence between issues #126 and #139 of Robert Kirkman’s comic book series.
After months of waiting, Telltale has finally made a decision to unveil the premier date for The Walking Dead: Michonne.
The second episode, Give No Shelter, will arrive in March, with the third and final installment, the ominous-sounding What We Deserve, scheduled to arrive sometime in April.
It looks like Stauffer got his hands on the first five minutes of The Walking Dead Michonne miniseries and chose to share his concise but exciting impressions. When it begins, it will present our heroine (who has been voiced by Samira Wiley of Orange is the New Black fame) as part of Pete’s seafaring crew aboard the sailing ship, The Companion. The price includes access to the second and third episodes as they become available.
There’ll be an exclusive preview of the first episode this Sunday, February 14, at 8:30pm EST/ 5:30pm PST on the Telltale Games YouTube channel.
A desperate signal for help draws Michonne and the rest of the group to the site of a horrific massacre, and towards the floating survivors’ colony of Monroe, where the person responsible for the carnage Michonne discovers may be residing.
