Maybe the increase is due in part to Sunday’s episode being a fantastic one for the Daryl Dixon character, and for promotion of that going into it airing.

Glenn never appeared on the talk shows In Memoriam listing of the dead, and Steven Yeun did not make the traditional guest appearance for actors whose characters have been killed off.
Although it was a bit convincing that Glenn had actually been consumed by the Walkers, the fact that we already saw Glenn hiding under Nicholas’ body was already a sign that our favorite pizza boy will find a way out of this mess.
“I turned that episode off when it was done and kind of walked around my room and was cursing at the floor”, he said.
“Heads Up” might not give us the answer to who was on the other end of that transmission.
He told post-Walking Dead chat show Talking Dead he hadn’t left his house much since the sixth season began.
