The Walking Dead Season 7 Key Art Released

After multiple attempts to get around them, they eventually came face-to-face with the leader of the Saviors – Negan (Jeffrey Dean Morgan). While we know that Season 7 will pick up right where Season 6 left off and, according to EW, will reveal the victim, it’s likely the episode will flashback to just before the attack. At that time, fans expressed their disappointment over the fact that Negan’s victim wasn’t immediately revealed.

Meanwhile, “The Walking Dead” comic writer Robert Kirkman previously responded to the fan backlash they received at the end of season 6.

“Yes, who was at the receiving end of Negan’s bat will be revealed in the first episode”, said Nicotero. He’s pointing it at his intended victims – Rick and his group, who are the subject of the new poster.

“Negan is that kind of guy”. So, I don’t really see a lot of quiet contemplative moments with Negan.

“Negan even says to Rick in the finale, ‘Oh, so you’re the guy that went out there, and you’re the guy that took out my guys, and you’re the guy that did this.’ So, Negan has heard of Rick”.

The Walking Dead has unsurprisingly promoted Morgan to the status of series regular, reported The Wrap.

Negan killed a member of Rick’s group by hitting them over the head with Lucille, but the identity of the person who was murdered will remain a mystery until the show returns in October. Having said that, it does reignite the excitement in us for season 7, which we can not wait to start. Additionally, based on her posts on Instagram, Cohan doesn’t appear to be anywhere near the set of The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead’s San Diego Comic-Con panel will take place on July 22nd, and it’s there that the first trailer for season seven will be released.
