The Witcher 3; Wild Hunt – Hearts of Stone Launch Trailer Released

Next week, the first expansion for CD Projekt RED’s immensely successful ‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’ (review here), “Hearts of Stone, ‘ will be released. Frankly, considering the characters on-hand, and the dramatic flair in play, it seems certain that ‘Witcher 3″ veterans will need to devour ‘Hearts of Stone’. So why not watch the launch trailer while you wait?

Launching October 13th, 2015, the Hearts of Stone expansion packs over 10 hours of new adventures and introduces new characters, powerful monsters, unique romance, and a brand new storyline shaped by gamer choices. But according to the launch trailer, this DLC also contains a lot of action for Geralt of Rivia.

Hearts of Stone takes place in the wilds of No Man’s Land and will focus around an immortal bandit captain named Olgierd von Everec, with Geralt of Rivia being tasked to bring him down.

Physical Gwent cards will soon become available to the delight of fans everywhere, but they may not be around for long. A few might have already guessed it, but that “something” turns out to be the official launch trailer for the first The Witcher 3 expansion.

“Hearts of Stone” is included with the Expansion Pass, and will also be offered as a single add-on for $9.99. Tethered with an asking price of $20, CD Projekt Red claims that together the duo of DLC packs boasts enough content to rival The Witcher II.
