There’s still time to secure a Nintendo Switch pre-order
Ever since its reveal a few months back, developers have praised the Nintendo Switch for some of its unique features, such as its hybrid nature and others. Now the company is hinting that a new mainline “Animal Crossing” title will be making its way to its brand new console as well.
The Switch launch in Japan will feature the first Switch game that can not play on a TV. Because of this, you have an impressive portable device that can display games with surprising quality. Then you’ll say “RIGHT HERE” as you casually snap one of the Joy-Cons off the side of your Switch and hand it to them.
Revealed late previous year, the Nintendo Switch is a hybrid gaming device that attempts to bridge the gap between gaming portables and dedicated home consoles. However, the indie title will be a Nintendo Switch-exclusive only for a limited time. In order to fully use the console, you will need the Switch Day One Patch. In short, the nature of the input on both the 3DS and Switch is markedly different, which in turn produces new and separate games. Apart from characters from the said game, images of iconic personalities from the “Mario”, “Splatoon” and “Zelda” franchises were also displayed. The system also has a handy little kickstand, so you can prop it up while you play. And with two late independent declarations, Troll and I and Battle Princess Madelyn, that rundown of games has hit the 100 stamp. Meanwhile, the Nintendo Switch will be available in the market beginning March 3.
Similarly, I was visiting some family over the weekend and was able to easily take the Nintendo Switch and continue playing Zelda in handheld mode.
