Things We Learned From Donald Trump’s Health Records
Donald Trump has provided to The Washington Post a letter that summarizes his latest physical exam and discussed the results on a television show scheduled to be aired on Thursday afternoon.
Her campaign said Clinton has “mild, non-contagious bacterial pneumonia”, and is being treated with an antibiotic called Levaquin, prescribed for 10 days. Over 75 percent of American men aged 65-74 are overweight like Trump and more than two thirds of all Americans are considered overweight.
“I think when you’re running for president, I think you have an obligation to be healthy”, he said during the hour-long interview with Dr. Mehmet Oz about his personal health and his plans for health-care policy in the USA if he wins the election. And despite the fact that Trump would be the oldest person ever elected president, the Republican nominee assured the world famous heart surgeon that he is as sprightly as ever.
Mediaite pointed out that the remarks were missing from Thursday’s telecast of the softball interview between Trump and Dr. Mehmet Oz.
She will return to the campaign trail Thursday, her campaign added.
The campaign described the information as medical records, but it only consisted of a one-page letter from Dr. Harold Bornstein and a letter from Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City which shows that Bornstein had been reappointed to its staff and has clinical privileges at the hospital. You think Hillary would be able to stand up here for an hour and do this?
She and Trump both released letters from their doctors this week with additional details about their health, including their cholesterol levels, blood pressure and current medications.
“In summary, Mr. Trump is in excellent physical health”.
Bornstein goes on to list aspects of Trump’s medical profile, including Trump’s lone hospitalization.
However, Pittsburgh’s Lincoln said that’s not abnormal for a man Trump’s age, especially if the weight contributed to no other problems such as knee pain or hypertension. “I feel as good today as I did when I was 30”, he said, going on to compare himself to his friend Tom Brady, the New England Patriots quarterback.
While abstaining from alcohol and tobacco, Trump’s fast food-heavy diet would be less than Brady-approved.
Trump’s campaign appeared to refer to that episode when it said Trump “has the stamina to endure – uninterrupted – the rigors” of the campaign and presidency.
