Thomas Gibson’s Secret Divorce from Wife After Almost 25 Years of Marriage
“I wish I could thank each of you for your friendship and support”, Gibson said via the platform.
There has been a lot of debate surrounding “Criminal Minds” Season 12 after CBS made a decision to fire Thomas Gibson after an alleged assault on one of the show’s writers, Virgil Williams.
The 54-year-old actor got into a verbal argument with one of the writers on the show earlier this month, and their disagreement turned physical when Gibson allegedly kicked the other man.
“I’m here on Twitter so we can stay connected in the days to come and talk directly with each other”, he said. “This is not an ending, but a beginning as well. Thank you all”, he continued. There are also rumors that Moore may return to the show to save it from cancellation, but the actor has yet to comment on the issue. “I really appreciate your support”, he wrote.
The former “Dharma and Greg” star concluded his social media comeback with a photo of him and his dog seemingly sailing away from his troubles.
Gibson captioned: “Hazel and I both looking forward to what’s down the road…” I hear it, I see it – I’m sure a lot of you do too.
Some fans of “Criminal Minds” still haven’t gotten over Shemar Moore’s departure from the series, and now, another original cast member has been written off the show.
Gibson, who played Aaron Hotchner since the show’s 2005 debut, was suspended in July after kicking a writer on the show over “creative differences” while the two were working on an episode that Gibson was directing.
“Criminal Minds” season 12 is premiering on Wednesday, Sept. 28, at 9 p.m. EDT on CBS.
It was apparently the second time he had been involved in a physical adjustment with a “Criminal Minds” co-worker. Several years ago, according to reports, he shoved an assistant director and was forced to attend anger management classes.
