Three Injured in Shooting on High-Speed Train From Amsterdam to Paris

Cazeneuve was speaking at Arras, about 115 miles north of Paris, the scene where the train was halted following the attack.

France has remained on high-alert since Islamic extremists stormed the satirical French magazine Charlie Hebdo’s office and a Jewish supermarket in January.
