Three killed in Hyderabad accident
According to the information, the Skoda auto in which Ramulu’s grandsons and a nephew were traveling, rammed a milk carrying truck and as a result of which the car’s bonnet came under the truck.
A horrific auto crash in the wee hours of Wednesday killed former AP DGP and Telangana state government’s advisor Pervaram Ramulu’s grandson Varun Kumar and three others on the Kokapet outer ring road on the outskirts of Hyderabad. Ramulu’s three grandsons and a nephew were returning from their farm house in Patancheru to their home in Barkatpura. P Gnanadev is the son of Pervaram Ramulu’s brother.
The impact of the accident was so huge that the front portion of the auto got completely crushed under the rear of the milk truck. As the auto was at a high speed and the van slower, he rammed into it at the same high speed and his Skoda was compressed beneath the van. It appears the driver of the auto lost control over the wheel and the vehicle smashed the truck from behind.
While Varun, Amit and Gnanadev died on the spot, Rahul sustained serious injuries and is battling for life in hospital.
The injured youth was shifted to a private hospital and was reported to be in a critical condition.
