Three Palestinians killed in West Bank, Gaza
Oudi Jihad Arsheed, 22, was shot dead during protests, the Palestinian health ministry said.
The West Bank has suffered another day of violence with at least three Palestinians killed by Israeli security forces.
The ministry said that 55-year-old Issa Haroub was killed by Israeli forces under the pretext that he attempted to run over Israeli soldiers in Halhoul near Hebron.
One of the worst attacks followed the unrest in Hebron, when a man was shot dead after he tried to ram into an Israeli checkpoint in his auto.
Also Friday, the military said troops shot and killed a Palestinian man who attempted to ram his vehicle into Israeli security forces near Hebron.
The Israeli military said troops used nonlethal means in an attempt to disperse hundreds of Palestinians trying to damage the fence before forces fired in the group. His sister, Dania Ersheid, was shot and killed by Israeli security forces at the Cave of the Patriarchs in October after allegedly pulling out a knife.
Oddai is the oldest brother of Dania Arsheed who was killed a few weeks ago near the Al-Ibrahimi Mosque under the pretext of an alleged stabbing attack.
Sami Maadi, 41, was shot dead in clashes with Israeli forces east of Al-Bureih on the border with the Gaza Strip, the Palestinian health ministry said on Friday afternoon. None were wounded, and the assailant was shot and initially fled before he was apprehended by Palestinian security forces.
Israel has withheld the corpses of many attackers, a policy authorities say acts as a deterrent but critics argue leads to more anger.
In a separate incident in central Ramallah, Israeli security forces raided a shop in the early hours of Friday, leading to clashes between residents and soldiers, witnesses said.
Earlier, a Palestinian gunman opened fire at soldiers at a West Bank checkpoint before he was wounded and fled the scene, according to the Israeli defense ministry.
The media office of the Popular Resistance Committee in Nabi Saleh said the protest marks the sixth anniversary of the popular weekly protests in the village, and the fourth anniversary of the death of Mustafa Tamimi, who was killed by the IOF.
Three Palestinians were shot during the clashes, one resident said.
The attack occurred on the outskirts of Hebron, a large Palestinian city in the south of the West Bank.
