TI Signs with Roc Nation, Becomes Co-Owner of TIDAL

According to reports, Tip will release his upcoming Dime Trap through Roc Nation.

“Proud to be part of the @TIDALHiFi fam as the newest artist owner!” read a tweet from the T.I.

Tip has also announced that he is the 19th artist-owner of TIDAL, joining JAY Z, Beyonce, Rihanna, Lil Wayne, Coldplay, Madonna and others in offering up exclusive music, videos, concerts and other content to bring fans closer to their favorite artists.

T.I. is already putting his new deal with TIDAL to use as he premiered his new video for “Money Talk” on the streaming service.

After leaving Columbia Records in 2015, the Atlanta native announced last night (Feb. 22) that he signed a distribution deal with Roc Nation for his next album, Dime Trap. Hopefully his connection with longtime collaborator Jay Z will help rejuvenate the “About the Money” rapper, who is certainly still capable of performing at a high level.

Young Thug, Young Dro, and the Bankroll Mafia also performed during the event. Additionally, Hustle Gang includes a number of artists-spanning several labels. & Tiny: The Family Hustle, ‘ airs this summer.
