Tiernan McCann has proposed eight-week ban lifted
Tyrone’s trip to Dublin at the weekend has been given a major boost after Tiernan McCann won his appeal against an eight-week ban for feigning injury in the All-Ireland quarter-final against Monaghan.
Tyrone’s Tiernan McCann will be available to play in Sunday’s All-Ireland Semi-Final clash with Kerry after having his eight week ban thrown out. All Star defender Peter Crowley returns to the team instead of Aidan O’Mahony and Johnny Buckley comes in for Bryan Sheehan.

The last ten minutes or so descended into chaos, with both teams squaring up to each other, but Tyrone were quite happy to play their part in the ugly finish to the game as it knocked precious minutes off the clock.
The pair have been appointed as selectors under new manager Brian Herlihy.
The Danish champions took the lead in first-half stoppage time when midfielder Tim Sparv scored against his former club.
