Time Warner Internet on the fritz
Time Warner Cable is back online in Wisconsin after an outage kept many people without Internet since Monday night. Affected customers include Green Bay and Milwaukee.
About 67 percent of those reports related to Internet problems, according to DownDetector.com.
Hogan added that services were out for “about 90 minutes” and that they have been restored for all customers.
The outages started just before 8 p.m. and lasted about two hours.
The company later tweeted, “Ohio, Wisconsin, and Kentucky customers, we are continuing to work to resolve the internet issues in your area”.
Time Warner Cable offers television, internet, and telephone services to people and businesses in 28 states.
The companies help desk responded directly to customers on social media including Facebook and Twitter.
