The resulting sketch was the kind of humor that’s marked Fey and Poehler’s careers, the comedy found in the sometimes ridiculous expectations of women.
Elsewhere on the show, the duo poked fun at Hilary Clinton’s run for president of the United States and they hosted a fake dating show called “Meet Your Second Wife”.
Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band performed two songs as well as the finale number with Paul McCartney.
After their parents inform them they’re selling their childhood home, siblings Katie (Fey) and Maura (Poehler) Ellis decide to go home to collect their childhood things.
