Titans wide receiver Justin Hunter arrested, being held without bond in

Wide receiver Justin Hunter was arrested in Virginia for his connection in a bar fight that took place earlier this month, according to TMZ Sports.

Cason said Hunter turned himself in to police Monday.

Police say this happened on July 3rd during a large fight at the Sandbar Raw Bar on Atlantic Avenue. The suspect in this case is Hunter, and he is now in the Virginia Beach City Jail with no bond, with arraignment scheduled for Tuesday afternoon. A person at the restaurant was later taken to the hospital for injuries suffered during the incident.

Hunter was a second-round draft pick out of the University of Tennessee in 2013. He played 12 games for the Titans last season, including eight starts, and caught 28 passes for 498 yards and three touchdowns.

The Titans released a one sentence statement to the media: “We are aware of the situation and are continuing to gather more facts”.
