Today’s forecast: A chance of rain with a high near 44
The wind will pick up throughout the day and temperatures will fall into the 30s.

Sunday: Snow showers. High near 14. Temperatures will still be cool Tuesday morning with lows in the upper 30s and afternoon highs near 60 degrees.
Saturday night: Partly cloudy, with a low around 40.
Temperatures will be well-above normal today in the Akron area, but colder conditions will arrive over the weekend.
But nights shouldn’t be as cold as they have been the past three weeks.
Strong south winds are also expected to accompany the storms this weekend. Highs may rise into the 50s on Sunday, with lows above freezing.
Thursday: Mostly cloudy. At higher elevations…a slight chance of snow in the morning…then a chance of snow in the afternoon. Monday is MLK Day and we will begin the day with a low of 25. Lows around zero. Northwest wind 5 to 10 miles per hour.
A weak disturbance will move into central MO Sunday morning and a few snow showers will be possible. Another weak low will track south of us on Saturday night but it doesn’t look like much of any rain will affect the area.
Friday: Sunny with a high near 53.
Monday: Mostly sunny, mild. Breezes should be light and variable.
