The Jayhawks are in their usual spot atop the conference, while the Cowboys are tied for last with, among others, a TCU team that gave Kansas a solid run the last time out.
Oklahoma State is 4-0 against the spread in their last four games, 6-2 against the spread in their last eight games, and 5-2 against the spread against a team with a winning record.
Frank Mason III scored 14 points and Perry Ellis added 13 for Kansas (15-3, 4-2), which has lost two of its past three.
Kansas appears to be one of the top teams in the nation but they are going to have to win the Big 12 to have a chance at being a number one seed in the NCAA Tournament.

Oklahoma State freshman Jawun Evans was recognized as Big 12 Newcomer of the Week after a phenomenal pair of games against No. 2 Oklahoma and Texas.
Meanwhile, Jeff Newberry is averaging 11.3 points and 5.2 rebounds, while Leyton Hammonds averages 10.3 points and 5.1 boards this season. Evans also had eight assists and six rebounds.
On the season, Kansas basketball averages 85.8 points, 39.6 rebounds and 17.5 assists per game.
