Tony Romo to start Sunday, per source

If the top-three quarterback is out of the lineup, the entire operation stalls. Their mind is foggy and they’re trying to figure out what is going on. In five of these seven games (two went to overtime) they’ve had leads or been tied in the fourth quarter, and they’ve lost them all in different ways.
