So, on Tuesday, officials with Paisley Park say a job fair will be held on September 8 and September 9 at the Chanhassen Dinner Theater. Starting October 6th his mansion Paisley Park will serve daily tours run by Graceland Holdings, the same company that handles Elvis’ Graceland in Memphis, TN. “Paul region as a whole”, Graceland Holdings said in a press release.
Experience in tourism and hospitality and a knowledge of Prince’s work is “beneficial, but not necessary”. Job-seekers should take their applications and resumes to the job fair. Paisley Park includes the music star’s home and his studios where he recorded, produced and mixed most of his biggest hits, and the soundstage where he rehearsed for tours and hosted private concerts. The normal ticket will cost 38.50 dollars, while for the VIP one visitors will have to pay 100 dollars.
They hope to be open 10 a.m.to 10 p.m. during the week, and 9 a.m.to midnight on weekends.
Tyka Nelson, his sister, said that Prince’s long time intention was to allow the public to visit Paisley Park, where the artist moved in 1987 and died on 21 April. “We will turn Paisley Park into a museum in Prince’s memory”, he said, according to The Sun, a United Kingdom tabloid newspaper.
