Trailer Debuts For Dirty Grandpa

Zac Efron is not convincing as an uptight stuffed shirt, so the movie will relieve him of his wardrobe at multiple intervals. The film was directed by Dan Mazer from a script by John Phillips.

“Dirty Grandpa” looks like it fits right into Efron’s oeuvre, while De Niro seems to be enjoying himself as the old dude opposite millennials (a la “The Intern”). Jason’s last minute trip doesn’t sit well with his controlling fiancé (Julianne Hough), who can’t believe that he would leave her to finalize wedding plans just days before their nuptials.

Fans can see more of De Niro and Efron’s wild antics when “Dirty Grandpa” hits theaters January 22, 2016. However, when the straight-laced Jason is tricked into driving his foul-mouthed grandfather, Dick [Robert De Niro], to Daytona for spring break, his pending nuptials are suddenly in jeopardy.

Like fans might have expected, the trailer contains a few dirty things as the grandpa-grandson duo party hard while Dick teaches Kelly how to live life on his own terms.
