Trump can make key moves to save health-care bill

With the avowed goal of mitigating the damage of market uncertainty, Gov. Andrew M. Cuomo has issued an executive order banning private insurers that withdraw from the state’s official health plan marketplace.

A quarter of school leaders said they use Medicaid reimbursements for things like walkers, special playground equipment, and technology to help students see and hear.
